Perú Student Films

The Kusi Kawsay/USH pilot implementation took place between April and August of 2021. This pilot sets the foundation for a successful future of our vision. Eight youth from Pisac produced five films. Examples of youth-produced films include traditional approaches to gardening, land-keeper wisdom related to coffee farms, traditional medicinal plants, and relational connections among life, death, and the cosmos. Each story illuminates Indigenous voices and values and the ways in which these practices continue.
