Youth Leadership & Partners

Our leadership orientation unfolds from community vision. Leaders review to USH toolkit to culturally and linguistically adapt it. Together these young visionaries define the purpose, goals, and direction of the project, including defining leadership.  With this vision, the team engages as “students” working through the modules. Upon practicing the activities, the leaders continue to adjust the toolkit for their local context. Through these events, the team created a cohesive unit, setting an overlapping, yet shared direction. Their ideas and contributions continue to move the direction of USH.
